2. How We Use Your Data
- To securely process your transactions and deliver purchased digital goods.
- To provide manual analysis and reports for your business.
- To communicate with you via email or WhatsApp regarding your order status.
- To investigate payment errors, misuse, and customer support issues.
3. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. We do not sell your personal information. Information necessary to process your payment is shared with PayHere as described below. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
4. Payment Information
Online payments are processed through PayHere (Pvt) Ltd. To initiate a payment, we share the required billing and transaction details with PayHere, including your name, email address, phone number, billing address, order reference, amount, and currency. Full card numbers and card security codes (CVV) are entered through PayHere checkout and are not stored on our servers.
PayHere may return transaction details such as the payment reference, payment status, payment method, and masked card information. We use these details to confirm orders, reconcile payments, and handle payment enquiries or eligible refunds. Information handled by PayHere is also subject to its privacy policy, available on the official PayHere website.
5. Service Providers and Disclosure
In addition to PayHere, providers involved in hosting, message delivery, and file delivery may handle the information needed for those tasks. Using WhatsApp to contact us also involves that service handling your messages under its own terms. We may disclose records when legally required or necessary to investigate misuse. We do not sell customer contact lists.
6. Cookies, Local Storage and Technical Data
Website and payment features may use cookies or browser storage for functions such as keeping cart selections and maintaining a session. Technical records may include your IP address, browser, and device information for troubleshooting and security. You can manage stored website data through your browser settings, although blocking it may affect cart or checkout functions. Any optional analytics or advertising tools must be disclosed with the choices or consent required before they are used.
7. Retention and Your Requests
Order and support records are retained for the purposes of delivery, accounting, resolving disputes, and meeting applicable recordkeeping duties. Information no longer needed for those purposes should be removed or anonymized. Contact us to ask about your information or request correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal or transaction-related reasons.
