1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services or purchasing our products.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Codezy Labs materials and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. Purchasing a PDF grants you permission to read it for personal or internal business use, not to resell, publicly upload, share, or redistribute it. Ownership and usage rights for commissioned designs are specified in the agreed project proposal and take effect after the required payment. Third-party fonts, images, and software remain subject to their own licences.

3. Payments & Currency

Online payments are processed through PayHere. Prices and checkout payments are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), and the total payable amount is displayed before you authorize payment. The available payment methods are shown at PayHere checkout. If your card account uses another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and additional charges.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment confirmation. A pending, cancelled, or failed payment does not confirm an order. If you are charged but do not receive an order confirmation, contact hello@codezylabs.com with your order reference and PayHere payment reference. Any eligible refund will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

4. Website Use and Order Details

Use this website only for lawful purposes. You must be legally able to authorize the purchase, or have permission from a parent or guardian where required. Provide correct contact and billing information, protect any account credentials, and submit only materials you are entitled to use. Incorrect information may delay delivery; contact us promptly to correct it.

5. Products, Prices and Order Acceptance

Review the language, format, contents, software requirements, price, and included deliverables before ordering. PDF listings are digital books, not printed books or software licences. The checkout total applies to your purchase; later price changes do not alter a confirmed order. If an item is unavailable, a material listing error occurs, or a transaction appears unauthorized, we may pause or decline the order. If we cancel a paid order without providing it, we will arrange repayment.

6. Digital Delivery and Service Timelines

PDFs are supplied electronically through a download link, email, or the WhatsApp contact provided with the order. Delivery is within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation. There is no physical shipping or shipping charge for PDFs. If delivery is missing, check your spam folder and contact us with your order reference. Report and design-service delivery dates, required customer inputs, revision limits, and milestones are agreed in writing before work starts. Delays in customer materials or approvals may require a revised schedule, which we will communicate.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Delivered PDF books are not refundable for change of mind or incorrect selection. File-access problems receive technical assistance or a corrected copy. Design and service cancellations are assessed according to work completed and agreed costs. Read our Refund Policy for payment errors, exceptions, and request procedures. These conditions do not override any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Service Outcomes and Responsibility

Educational books and marketing services do not guarantee examination results, sales, income, or a particular business outcome. You remain responsible for how you apply the material. We are responsible for supplying the purchased deliverables as agreed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept liability for indirect losses such as anticipated profits. This does not remove responsibility or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Privacy, Updates and Contact

See our Privacy Policy for information handling. Updated terms will display a revised date and apply to future orders, not retrospectively remove rights from existing purchases.
