Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (PDFs & Downloads)

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods, all sales of PDF books, guides, and downloadable resources are 100% final and non-refundable. Once a payment is completed and access is granted to the digital file, we cannot issue any refunds under any circumstances.

2. Premium Strategy Reports

Our Premium Strategy Reports involve significant manual labor, research, and analysis by our expert team. Therefore, once an order is placed and the payment is successful, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained. The resources for your audit are allocated immediately upon payment confirmation.

3. Custom Agency Services

For web development, graphic design, and Meta Ads management services, all payments, including initial deposits and milestone payments, are non-refundable. These payments cover the time, labor, and strategy already invested into your project.

4. Exceptions

The only exception to this policy is if you are accidentally charged twice for the exact same transaction due to a technical error on our payment gateway. In such rare cases, please contact our support team with proof of the double charge, and we will refund the duplicate amount.
